Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Specialist who owns the alignment, enablement, and go-to-market success of Mage Data's partner ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of external partners, internal sales, and technical strategy, you will build trusted relationships and translate complex data security capabilities into actionable, customer-facing business value.

  • Build trusted relationships with partner teams and stakeholders
  • Drive partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs
  • Collaborate on sales opportunities and solution positioning
  • Help partners translate product capabilities into customer value
  • Support solution evaluations and adoption journeys
  • Act as a bridge between partners, sales, and internal teams

Must Haves

  • 8+ years in partner enablement, pre-sales, customer success, or similar roles
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid technology awareness (Legacy, cloud, data security preferred)
  • Ability to connect technical concepts to business outcomes
