Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for our Data Security Platform suite of products, putting you at the forefront of innovation in data security, privacy, and compliance. You will work across the organization to develop and execute strategy for industry-leading products. The role demands a rare blend of business acumen, technical depth, and customer empathy — helping some of the world's most demanding enterprises protect their most critical data assets.

• Product Lifecycle Ownership: Own products end to end — from market analysis and roadmap creation through feature definition, delivery, and adoption.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering to define scalable, secure architectures that work across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• AI Direction: Guide engineering teams on AI/ML-driven capabilities, from intelligent data discovery to AI data protection and AI-driven activity monitoring.
• Requirements & Experience Definition: Create product specifications and user stories, and define user experiences that make deeply technical capabilities intuitive.
• Go-to-Market Readiness: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support to ensure every release lands with the positioning, enablement, and documentation it needs.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with enterprise customers to understand needs, validate direction, and remove adoption barriers.

Must Haves

• 5–10 yrs of experience in product management, preferably in B2B enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data platforms.
• Strong technical bent with the ability to prototype or build basic proofs of concept (PoCs) independently.
• Strong understanding of data storage systems like databases, warehouses, file stores, data lakes etc.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis workflows, and enterprise IT environments.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Working knowledge of data governance, IAM (Identity Access), and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and GTM functions.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

We are looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Specialist who owns the alignment, enablement, and go-to-market success of Mage Data's partner ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of external partners, internal sales, and technical strategy, you will build trusted relationships and translate complex data security capabilities into actionable, customer-facing business value.

• Build trusted relationships with partner teams and stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities

We're hiring a Technical Engineering Lead to own architecture, drive engineering quality, and mentor the team building our platform.

• Own the technical roadmap and architectural decisions; evaluate new frameworks and technologies for product evolution
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant
• Define technical requirements and acceptance criteria for team stories; approve technical approaches for complex features and integrations
• Enforce best practices in coding, reviews, CI/CD, and security
• Own code quality KPIs (defect density, coverage, technical debt) and lead initiatives to reduce technical debt
• Partner with DevOps on automation and performance
• Coach engineers, lead technical interviews, identify skill gaps, and drive upskilling
• Build a culture of quality and accountability
• Lead root-cause analysis for critical defects; support customer escalations and post-release fixes; ensure permanent fixes, not patches
• Drive architectural improvements, control production defect leakage per release, and ensure 100% compliance with engineering standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or relevant.
• Maximum 10 years overall experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Java, or similar technologies
• Proven experience in software architecture, system design, CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure
• Go-getter attitude with strong AI expertise and understanding
• Prior experience in Test Data Management, cybersecurity, or data security is a plus
